Hi!
I'm Maddy Rose

I am a qualified Naturopath, and I hold both a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and, a Diploma of Health Science, obtained at Torrens University.

I am currently registered with the  Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA).

My studies have provided a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, botany, clinical assessment, and nutritional and herbal therapeutics. Through comprehensive training and clinical placement, I’ve developed strong practical skills as a health practitioner, and plan further improve my expertise through continuous academic learning.

Driven by curiosity and a love for science, I’m fascinated by the way the human body and nature work together. My mission is to help others feel their best—because I believe health and quality of life are our greatest assets, and everyone deserves the time to prioritise their wellbeing.

On a personal note, I've experienced the challenges of anxiety, painful periods, and the journey of coming off the contraceptive pill. I understand what it may feel like to not feel heard or understood when it comes to health issues. These experiences have fueled my dedication to womens' health and finding balance for women.

My passion lies in uncovering the root causes of illness, firmly believing that genuine healing emerges from addressing these roots rather than merely treating symptoms.

I am devoted to incorporating a patient-centred care approach, treating each individual holistically by considering their unique circumstances, lifestyles, and preferences. I prioritise actively listening to my clients, understanding their specific health needs. Creating a safe and judgment-free space is my aim, fostering an environment where clients feel comfortable collaborating, ensuring we can collectively achieve all health goals.

In my practice, I incorporate nutritional therapeutics, herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and flower essences to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Furthermore, I actively promote the use of functional testing and apply an evidence-based methodology to create personalised treatment plans. This integrative approach allows me to deliver comprehensive, holistic care—addressing the root causes of imbalance while empowering clients to achieve lasting health

I'm eager for the opportunity to assist you on your wellness journey.

What to expect?

A naturopathic consultation involves a meticulous exploration into your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns.

Yes, we do ask a lot of questions! but there is no judgement or pressure to answer anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Also, by reviewing various body systems and utilising functional testing, we can gain a comprehensive clinical understanding of your health and therefore, understand what pathways we need to take to address your concerns.

Our clinical understanding and evidence-based research form the basis for an individualised treatment plan, integrating natural therapies, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle modifications.

Emphasizing preventive care, naturopathic medicine seeks to empower patients by actively engaging them in their wellness journey.

Furthermore, to provide you with ultimate care, we encourage collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure best health outcomes and optimal care.
