Initial consultation
75 minutes- $210.00
During your initial consultation,
I will take a comprehensive assessment of your health history, review specific body systems, current signs and symptoms, and briefly discuss lifestyle factors such as environmental exposures, stress, diet, and exercise.
The consultation will discuss your treatment goals and the prescription that will be most helpful for you.
You will receive a detailed personalised treatment plan delivered to your email inbox.
The plan will outline your treatment goals and how you will achieve them, by providing an explanation of the mechanism of action and clinical evidence. It will also provide any extra resources and evidence-based information tailored for you. The treatment plan will include potential, monitoring systems, testing, and referral letters (if required).
Follow up consultation
45 minutes - $80.00
In this 30-minute follow-up consultation, we diligently track your treatment progress, we will celebrate your improvements, address any emerging symptoms, reconsider goals and will adjust the treatment plan as needed, and evaluate the necessity for additional testing.
Plus, we'll ensure your herbal or supplemental prescriptions are replenished, ensuring your wellness journey remains tailored and effective.
Acute consultation -
online only
20 minutes - $40.00
This consultation is for pre-existing clients, and is created for acute presentations, this includes, cold/flu, COVID, stomach bugs, or injury/acute pain. It is also created for clients who would like extra support with implementing treatment plans or would like new pathology results to be reviewed.
Couple's Initial Consultation
2 hours - $400.00
This consultation is designed for couples who would like to improve their health and wellbeing together. It is particularly beneficial for couples seeking preconception support, or wanting personalised guidance throughout their pregnancy journey.
During this two-hour initial consultation, we will explore each person’s health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle and individual treatment goals. We will also discuss how you can support one another and identify practical changes that work for your relationship, household and shared routines.
Following the consultation, you will each receive personalised recommendations, which may include dietary and lifestyle guidance, herbal or nutritional prescriptions, further testing and referrals where appropriate.
Couple's Follow up Consultation
1.5 hours - $160.00
This follow-up consultation is designed specifically for couples who want to continue their journey towards better health and well-being together. During this session we will review your progress since our last meeting, address any new concerns, and refine your personalized recommendations. We’ll explore how you’ve been implementing changes in your diet and lifestyle, and discuss any challenges you may have faced as a couple. Together, we'll ensure that your health goals align and evolve, providing you with the support you need for a successful partnership in wellness.
